Semester Transition

I hope everyone had a lovely and restful break!

As we begin to look toward the new semester, I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the club’s successes from last semester. The E-Board, led by former President, Brian Karangu, worked tirelessly to host biweekly GBMs and weekly Analyst Fund meetings. Moreover, the club hosted a Financial Career Exposure Panel. A huge thanks to our wonderful panelists Sue S. van der Linden, CIMA®,CPWA®,CFP®,ChFC®, Vincent Donohue, Tyler Famiglietti, CPA, CFE, and Kristen Teubner, CFE. It was a great learning experience for our members to hear about various roles within the Finance Industry and have the opportunity to network with these incredible professionals.

The new Spring E-Board has been working to prepare for a great Spring Semester. One of the most exciting changes is the upcoming launch of the Midnight Markets Podcast. Josh has been working with our Podcast Lead, Sofia, to get this project off the ground. Another exciting event will be the Student Markets Panel in January. This Panel will feature students in all phases of the internship recruitment cycle, giving members the opportunity to learn from those who already have experience.

Lastly, the Analyst Fund will be accepting applications soon, with more details to come!
